Delete Your Glide Entry Account

You can delete your Glide Entry account and all associated data, including biometric information, at any time.

Option 1: Delete via the App

Open the Glide Entry app → Profile → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm deletion.

Option 2: Sign in to delete your account

Verify your identity to proceed with account deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile and credentials
  • Facial biometric data (embeddings)
  • Event registration records
  • Check-in history

Data We May Retain

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you. We may also retain certain records if required by law or for legitimate safety and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
