Facial recognition converts your facial image into a secure mathematical representation known as a "faceprint." This faceprint is a unique code generated from the geometry of your face such as the distance between your eyes, nose, and jawline. Our system matches that code against your registered image to confirm your identity in real time. All data is encrypted and handled with strict security protocols.
How do I check in with Glide?
To check in with Glide, download our app and upload your photo and ID before the event. On the day of the event, just walk up to the kiosk our system will recognize you and let you in instantly. No lines, no hassle.
What if my face is not recognized?
Please proceed to the on-site support desk. Our team will manually check you into the system and ensure you gain access smoothly.
I forgot to upload my information before the event. What should I do?
You can still upload your photo and ID on the day of the event using the Glide app. However, we recommend doing this before leaving for the event to avoid any delays during check-in.
Can I use Glide at multiple events?
Yes. Once verified, you are Glide Verified and can check in at any participating event using our system.
