How does facial recognition check-in work?

Attendees register through our mobile app and enroll their face with a guided selfie capture. At the event, they simply walk up to a kiosk which recognizes them instantly.

What happens if the camera doesn't recognize someone?

We have a QR code fallback system. Every registered attendee receives a QR code they can use if facial recognition fails for any reason.

Is my biometric data safe?

Yes. We use AWS Rekognition which stores facial embeddings (mathematical representations), not actual photos. All data is encrypted and deleted when no longer needed. We never share biometric data with third parties.

How many attendees can you handle?

Our Core plan supports up to 1,000 attendees, Pro handles 1,000+, and our Venue plan supports unlimited attendees. Each kiosk processes check-ins in seconds.
