Important Notice Regarding Dispute Resolution

BY USING GLIDE'S SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS). THIS MEANS: (1) YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE CLAIMS IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY; (2) ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; AND (3) YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A JURY OR COURT TRIAL, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN.

Glide Entry ("Glide," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides event access and identity verification solutions through biometric authentication and digital credentialing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of:

  • Related services and technologies (collectively, the "Glide Platform" or "Services")

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the Glide Platform, whether as a registered user or guest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2.2 Your agreement is indicated by:

  • Using any part of the Glide Platform

4. Your Glide Account

4.1 Account Creation

  • Report unauthorized access immediately.

7. Event Entry and Verification

  • Right to refuse entry reserved.

7.2 Age Verification

  • Valid government ID required for enrollment.

  • Age verification results are binary (pass/fail).

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
