BY USING GLIDE'S SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS). THIS MEANS: (1) YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE CLAIMS IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY; (2) ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS; AND (3) YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A JURY OR COURT TRIAL, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN.

4. Your Glide Account
4.1 Account Creation
